These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Never Miss Lunch website located at nevermisslunch.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About the Site
The Site is a marketing and waitlist registration page for Never Miss Lunch Inc. ("Never Miss Lunch", "we", "our", or "us"), a Canadian company developing a school lunch platform. The platform itself (apps for schools, vendors, and parents) is currently in development and is governed by separate agreements upon launch.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a waitlist registration. By submitting the form, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to act on behalf of the organization you name (if applicable).
3. Waitlist Registration
Submitting the waitlist form does not create a binding contract, guarantee access to the platform, or reserve any pricing. We will contact registered individuals when the platform launches in their region. We reserve the right to prioritize, delay, or cancel any launch at our sole discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information in the registration form
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Site's security features
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written consent
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Canadian federal or provincial law
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Never Miss Lunch name, logo, design, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Never Miss Lunch Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The platform features described on the Site represent our development roadmap and may change before launch.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Never Miss Lunch Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
